Hotel Policy

º Check in time 3pm - Check out 11am


º In the streets close to the hotel is the BLUE ZONE area, where parking is charged from December to March.


º The hotel has an outsourced parking service (subject to availability).


º Late Check-out: Leaving the apartment after 11am is charged an hourly rate, check price and availability at reception upon leaving the hotel. This condition is valid from April to October.


º If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact the hotel after making your reservation.


º Free WI-FI.


th The hotel offers beach/pool towel rental, ask for the amount at reception.


th The swimming pool at Hotel Mar de Canasvieiras and Hotel Canasvieiras In is heated during the low season (April - November).


th It is mandatory to present documents for all guests at check-in, especially minors.


th Specific conditions will apply to: groups, packages, holidays, non-refundable rates and high season periods (please consult us).


th We do not accept PETS of any breed or size.
